As part of the execution of one transaction, both the Seller and the Buyer cannot change their addresses for interaction with this smart contract. You will not be able to withdraw your funds from the smart contract balance to your other crypto address. Payment of funds to the Seller and the Buyer will occur only to those addresses from which the funds were deposited. The Service cannot interfere with the relationship between the Seller and the Buyer. All disagreements can only be resolved between them. There are no other options and cannot be according to the program code of the smart contract.

In order to avoid attacks by scammers (MITM - man in the middle), we advise you to confirm the means of communication. You must understand that a fraudster may present himself to the seller as the buyer, and to the buyer as the seller. On behalf of the seller, he can ask to pay for this or that deal, under the guise of a buyer, ask to send the goods to his address.

How to protect yourself:

When placing a deal, the Seller may leave a message for the Buyer. It will be nice if this is some kind of information identifying the Seller, whether it is full name, phone number, username in a some messenger, public PGP key. The deal is paid in the same way. The buyer can leave a message for the seller. For example, if the Buyer and the Seller indicate their username in Telegram, the Seller will have no doubt that communication in Telegram is verified and the goods will be sent to the desired address. The buyer will be sure that he paid for the right deal.
